MSK, Anesthesia & Pain

At National Ultrasound, we understand that your patients’ safety and comfort are paramount to their recovery. With an MSK or musculoskeletal ultrasound machine, you want to focus on pain management and patient care. Anesthetic imaging is key to patient safety and comfort, so make sure your ultrasound imaging system is reliable.

Pain management focuses on pain blocking. Such treatments often involve epidural injections, spinal cord stimulation, or nerve blocks. Certain conditions make chronic pain a hindrance, or even if the agony is temporary; a patient then comes to a doctor for further reference and solutions. Doctors then use MSK ultrasound machines in tandem with other strategies and disciplines for pain management.

MSK Ultrasound Machines

National Ultrasound stocks and retails many ultrasound options for MSK, Anesthesia, and Pain Management imaging applications. Brand quality and clinic medical necessities are our priorities.

We offer new and refurbished ultrasound systems from GE, Mindray, Siemens, Philips, Sonosite and many more brands. They all have a reputation for quality in the medical imaging industry, and a track record with more than general anesthesia.

Ultrasound Machines For Pain Management

We carry both console and portable ultrasounds so you can choose the best system for your practice needs. A portable option increases the amount of access for patients, especially in smaller clinics.

The GE LOGIQ V1 and V2 are the latest options for MSK and pain management ultrasound. They have the newest applications in medical imaging technology.

When reviewing the GE LOGIQ V1, you get a robust machine designed for workflows and flexible clinical exams. In addition to pain management, you can use it for orthopedics, podiatry, peditastics or surgery. It has a Scan Assistant and Auto Optimization to make scans easier, as well as to reduce the time spent on processes. This even extends to fetal examinations.

With the GE LOGIQ V2, you receive a portable, compact machine that is laptop-sized and convenient for technicians. Use this model for abdominal, small parts, vascular/peripheral vascular, and trans-cranial applications.

All of the functioning is intuitive to allow for ease of use. The technologies involved use Speckle Reduction, to increase image contrast while examining tissue. The Scan Coach can generate reference images for a proper diagnosis.

Our most popular and well reviewed systems for anesthesia applications include the GE Venue 40 and the Venue 50. The GE Venue 40 is no longer manufactured, but we have refurbished options available for real time imaging. It is also good for pain management, anesthesiology, and emergency point-of-care.

With the GE Venue 50, you get a newer model from the series that focuses on image quality. It loops storage from memory and uses CrossXBeamTM software.

For pain management and other MSK applications, the Mindray DP-30, DP-50 and Z5 are also great options. With the Mindray Z5 Ultrasound Machine, you receive an entry-level machine that aims to reduce the learning curve with a higher frequency.
