GE’s Vscan Extend Dual Probe is a general purpose diagnostic ultrasound imaging system designed to enable healthcare professionals to visualize and measure fluid and anatomical structures. Light-weight and hand-held, this Vscan Dual Probe is portable and convenient, and a simplified user interface means this ultrasound probe can be integrated into training sessions and examinations. The information transmitted by the Vscan Dual Probe can be used for basic assessments or focused assessments. Combined with other medical data, the GE Vscan Dual Probe can provide useful information in clinical diagnostic procedures, routine monitoring and assessments for adult and pediatric patients, and for procedural guidance.

    • Selected images, videos, or exams can be wirelessly exported in DICOM format to DICOM PACS (option available with DICOM configuration).
    • Tricefy® Uplink (Vscan Extend app developed by Trice® Imaging and available through GE Marketplace) supports easy export of selected images, videos, or exams to Tricefy to support ultrasound case communication and collaboration over the cloud5.
