Ultrasound Machine Reviews

GE LOGIQ E10 Ultrasound Machine

GE LOGIQ E10 Ultrasound Machine

Sarika Patel, RVS

This GE LOGIQ E10 has been a game changer in assisting me to better visualize deeper vessels and structures, create quality diagnostic images and perform complicated exams that our surgeons and doctors I work with expect. The ultrasound/vascular findings we provide are the biggest factor on how to proceed with their vascular surgeries as I work in a dedicated Heart & Vascular Hospital in New Mexico. My favorite feature is the iPad it comes with because when we have patients with Peripheral Arterial Disease which cause Necrotic Fasciitis, Gangrene etc, we are able to utilize the iPad to obtain live color images of the gross anatomy and provide those images side by side next to the 2D or color images of that particular area we are assessing with Ultrasound for the radiologist or surgeon to have an exact idea of where blood flow might be occluding for where a certain hematoma might be located. The GE Logiq E10 is definitely an excellent machine that provides optimal images along with the fact that it is easy to maneuver around which also helps us with our ergonomics and prevent injuries. I would, hands-down, encourage any hospital or facility to invest in the GE Logic 10 or at least a GE Logic 9 and above merely because they are reliable machines, last for years to come and their customer service is on point.

GE LOGIQ E9 Ultrasound Machine

GE Logiq E9 Ultrasound Machine

The GE LOGIQ E9 was not always my favorite machine, but it slowly won me over. I was a tried and true Phillips fan. I am a traveler so was fortunate enough to try most machines. At a lot of my assignments, I was forced to use the E9. I slowly realized that it had become my favorite. The machine is very user friendly. Button placement makes everything handy to find. The penetration is adequate for most patients. The color Doppler is very smooth and fills in adequately. The TV has adequate penetration and steers to those hard to reach places. Love the post processing for things that I have forgotten. They have transducers for every size part and patient. The machine is lightweight for pushing.

So hopefully verbally I don’t think that there is much more that they can add.

But I am sure that they will think of something. Thank you GE for having a great overall functioning machine. You have made our job much easier. ?

Samsung RS80a Prestige Ultrasound Machine

The Samsung RS80a Prestige has been great to use at work. Working in maternal fetal medicine with high risk pregnancies, it is important that our machines and equipment work to the best of their abilities and I have had no issues thus far in my years of practice with these machines. I feel it is lightweight for when having to adjust the machine, the probes are wonderful, easy to clean, wires are easily able to hang on the machine without a worry of them falling to the floor and setting of the machine overall are great. Have had no issues with Doppler/annotations/ measurements/etc. Would recommend to any hospital or anyone in need of an ultrasound machine.

GE LOGIQ P9 Ultrasound Machine

GE LOGIQ P9. Beautiful images, fairly easy to use the basics. Seasoned Sonographers can easily use without application assistance. Some simple features are lacking, such as easily deleting a poor measurement or measuring a dual image. Overall, well worth the investment.

Mindray M5 Ultrasound Machine

Mindray M5 Portable Color Ultrasound Machine for Sale

Christian Chandler

Mindray M5. For the price of this machine, it gives high quality imaging, and is great in a mobile setting as far as weight and compatibility. It caters to all modalities so that one exam is just as clear as the all of the others. I will say that the majority of my scans are echo/vascular and I would love to see an upgrade to the color, pulse, and continuous dopplers. If I have a more difficult patient, which is the majority of my patients, I have noticed that I have difficulty picking up those dopplers even with changing frequency and gain. Overall great machine, very User-friendly, better doppler would make it amazing.
